SnapShot for Success™ Assessment Program

Have all the pieces but can’t quite make them fit? The SnapShot for Success program is a results-oriented, step-by-step program that assesses organizational strengths and opportunities, engages donors, and provides your organization with a customized “next steps” strategy report.

Snapshot for Success™ includes an external benchmarking phase where Paradigm Shift Studio, llc will conduct research on 4 similar organizations, focusing on Programs, Governance Models, Marketing and Fund Development Opportunities (Program, Capital, and Endowment strategies.)  From this research we will document what is working well and provide recommendations of ideas that might be beneficial to your organization.

Concurrently, Paradigm Shift Studio will conduct an “internal assessment” of your organization focusing on fundraising efforts, marketing efforts, leadership strengths and opportunities for growth.  We will create a customized, online survey and telephone interviews to capture key data and perceptions from board members, staff members, donors, volunteers, families, and other stakeholders.  Finally, the “internal benchmarking” phase includes a high level review of the diversity of fundraising support and an analysis of your special events with suggestions on maximizing fundraising potential.  The benchmarking and assessment phase will take approximately 6 – 8 weeks to complete and a benchmarking, assessment, and recommendation report will be created as a deliverable.
