At Paradigm Shift Studio we believe in our clients’ missions and improving quality of life in the communities we serve. Each year our employees support many local non-profits through volunteer efforts, donations, and service on leadership boards.

Paradigm’s Philanthropy Program is our corporate commitment to assist non-profits each year with free consulting services. (See previous recipients.) In year's past we have provided up to $2,000 for each non-profit we served, however we are changing our focus for 2012 to meet the needs expressed by local non-profits.  In 2012 we will be focusing Paradigm's Philanthropy Program to provide four $500 in-kind donations to help meet the needs of local non-profits with visioning / strategic planning.

Many non-profits have been inquiring and are excited using about our strength-based, strategic planning process.  They realize they need to have a cohesive vision and a strong implementation plan to weather the ups and downs of the economy and to reach their highest levels of success.  They are excited about the SOAR process we use (SOAR was created by our colleague Jacqueline Stavros) because it engages multiple stakeholders and creates buy-in on all levels for ultimate success.  These agencies want to have a strategic plan, but are hurting financially and need our help.  Because Paradigm's SOAR program typically requires a significant investment we have decided to focus our 2012 Paradigm Philanthropy Program on strategic planning and will offer one four non-profits a $500 discount on the SOAR Strategic Planning Process.

This 2012 Paradigm Philanthropy Program is open to any 501 (c ) 3 organization that needs to build capacity by conducting a visioning / strategic planning process.  To apply send a letter of intent which includes:

Organization’s name, address, phone, and website address (if applicable)
Copy of your 501 (c ) letter of determination
Contact person’s name, title, and contact information (telephone, fax, e-mail)
Organization’s current budget
Brief organizational history and brief description of previous year’s accomplishments

Goals you hope to accomplish and which Paradigm Shift Program will help you reach these goals

Westminster Christian Academy -- Designing a program to re-engage alumni and strengthen alumni relations.

Hyde Park Outreach - Chosen to receive our Snapshot for Success organizational assessment program.  Paradigm will help Hyde Park Outreach build capacity and strengthen their services to the children in the Hyde Park neighborhood.

Living Well Foundation - Program evaluation and grant writing support to increase revenue for their "Wellness in Tots, Wellness in Tweens and Wellness in Teens" camp programs.

Partners In Urban Ministry – Paradigm Shift Studio facilitated a workshop on leveraging collaborations and strategic partnerships to help Lutheran ministries reach their goal of making a difference in the St. Louis region.
Encouraging, Supporting and Promoting Women – Led a workshop on Transformational Conversations: Talk that Matters.
Hope Lutheran School – Building a cohesive team and strategically planning for the future. Paradigm Shift Studio designed and facilitated a team building workshop to build cohesiveness at Hope Lutheran School.
