expertise, Lisa Dinga, CFRE, started Paradigm Shift Studio llc
(PSS) in 2002 after studying the benefits of Appreciative Inquiry
at Cambridge University. Growing to a leadership team of eight in 2007,
PSS encompasses over 100 years of cumulative experience in a
variety of areas, including non-profit management, public policy,
research, revenue enhancement and education.
