Be creative in ways to personally connect with your donors on occasions other than asking for or thanking for receiving a gift. For example, share a impact story that occurred on their birthday in a birthday card.

Leadership Transition for Paradigm
Krista Restivo Hertzel takes over as Owner and President

It is an exciting time at Paradigm Shift Studio!  Lisa Dinga, founder of PSS is transitioning to full time as Executive Director of Innovative Technology Education Fund (ITEF) and has given me the wonderful opportunity to lead Paradigm into the future.   I could not be more excited and eager to accept this role.

Although much is changing, much will remain the same.  The leadership team at PSS will remain the same and will work together as we always have to match our skills to our clients needs.  We will continue to employ a strengths-based approach to partner with nonprofits to attain their vision of success.  We will continue to provide the highest quality work and service.  Most importantly we will continue to grow and work to improve the lives of all of those people (or animals) that are served by our clients.

Leading Paradigm Shift Studio is a dream come true for me.  My background is in Nonprofit Management and Leadership and partnering with nonprofits to maximize their impact is my passion.   I would like to thank Lisa for her confidence and for allowing me the chance to shape an organization that she has spent eight years building into the successful organization that it is today.  I would also like to wish Lisa the best of luck in her new endeavor.

You can find more information about me, Paradigm’s leadership team and our services at www.increaseimpact.com.  Or feel free to email me at krista@increaseimpact.com

I would love the opportunity to meet with you to answer any questions you may have or to discuss how Paradigm can help your organization reach its vision for success.  I look forward to working with you!

Sincerely,

Krista Restivo Hertzel

Missouri Foundation for Health
Latest Technical Assistance Grant Recipients

Paradigm Shift Studio is pleased to announce the newest recipients of the Missouri Foundation for Health Technical Assistance grants administered through NSC.  During this funding cycle, the Paradigm team will be partnering with Paraquad and Shepherd's Center of Webster Kirkwood to reach a whole new level of success. Both organizations will participate in an energizing three phase process that includes (1) a Snapshot (fund/resource development) assessment (2) a Three Year Strategic Plan and (3) Stakeholder Engagement and Implementation through coaching and workshops.  We are very excited to partner with such inspiring, dedicated people who are in the "trenches" doing the necessary work to keep their organization operating at its best.

GROW Philanthropy Summit
Inaugural Summit is a Huge Success

We want to thank everyone who attended our inaugural GROW Philanthropy Summit presented by Paradigm, Lindenwood University and MORE Marketing.  We appreciate Lindenwood expanding our break-out space following such a strong demand for tickets that brought us to a SOLD OUT status in just 3 weeks.  Our goal to bring leaders from both the non-profit and business sector together to address the infinite possibilities of partnering for community betterment and mutual benefit exceeded our expectations. Sessions addressing the tools and steps to creating an effective cause marketing campaign, growing new revenue streams, promotion through social media, enhancing volunteer programs for corporations and getting more acquainted with both St. Louis media personalities and area funders provided a jammed packed, fulfilling day.

A special thanks to all of our sponsors, presenters, panelists and inspirational keynote speaker, Reverend Jerry Paul.  As presented during the course of the day and supported by case studies, best practices and testimony – we are stronger together than apart.  Plans are already underway for GROW Philanthropy Summit 2011.  Also, a discount will be extended to all attendees for $25.00 off of Paradigm’s Framework Webinar subscription and development tool-kit.  Click Here To Order and enter code Waa3Q through the month of August.
